Returns & Exchanges Policy

Welcome to the Club. We want you to love your More Gainz Club gear. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help you get back to your grind.

1. The 30-Day Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

2. Condition Standards

Because our gear is designed for both the gym and the street, we maintain strict hygiene standards. We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items with visible sweat stains, deodorant marks, or pet hair.
  • Items that smell of smoke, perfume, or detergent.
  • Beanies or caps that show signs of wear.

3. Exchanges

Sizing can be tough when you're chasing gainz. If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges (subject to stock availability). We'll cover the shipping for the new item to get you the perfect fit as fast as possible.

4. Returns for Refund

• Store Credit: We offer free returns if you choose to receive your refund via store credit.

• Original Payment: Returns for a refund to your original payment method will incur a $7.00 restocking/shipping fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

5. How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please visit our [Returns Portal Link] and enter your order number and zip code.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
